Clean Tech Marketing Business
Nature of
Business: CREH looks for proven clean or energy efficiency technologies and
products, obtains licenses for such products, and
commercializes and markets such products for the China market.
CREH
believes that energy savings from energy efficient products are the most
cost effective means to reducing China’s carbon footprint and are thus
encouraged by the Chinese government. Moreover, CREH believes that China as
the world’s manufacturing and
distribution center is in a good position to commercialize and market
emerging clean and energy efficiency technologies. With the right products
and distribution channels, China Renewable believes the Clean Tech
Marketing Business can be scaleable in the China
market.
Carbon
Credit Consulting Business
Nature of
Business: CREH provides carbon credit consultancy and development services
to project owners who wish to develop or invest in Clean Development
Mechanism (CDM) projects in China.
CREH
believes that the principals and mechanisms established under the Kyoto
Protocol is an effective means of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Moreover, CREH believes a market based trading mechanism for carbon
emissions is a viable platform. China as one of the world’s biggest emitters of
greenhouse gas is obligated to pursue renewable energy projects. Navigating
the technical and bureaucratic channels for carbon credits is the original
consulting business by CREH. Securing primary carbon credits can be highly
lucrative to project owners and market traders/investors.
Growth
Plans - Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy
In addition
to pursuing its current lines of business, China Renewable aims to pursue
an active Mergers and Acquisition strategy as part of its future growth
